Leonardo — in his words

"Getting you out of pain matters. The full job is getting you back to loading, moving, and trusting your body again."

PhysioPro is built around a simple idea: serious rehabilitation requires clear assessment, structured progression, and enough clinical judgment to take the patient beyond early symptom relief.

1 · From Pain To Performance

A clear process from the first session forward.

01

Pain

Where you start. A symptom, not a sentence.

02

Assessment

The real cause, found in how you move, load, and compensate.

03

Recovery

Symptoms calmed, range restored. Where most clinics call it done.

04

Strength

Load is the treatment. Tissue adapts, confidence returns.

05

Performance

Past your pre-injury baseline, with capacity that holds.

06

Return

Back to training, sport, and work on objective criteria.

The first session includes full assessment and treatment from day one.

2 · Who We Help

We work with people who move.

See full breakdown →

Athletes

Competitive or amateur — return to sport is the goal, not just the absence of pain.

Active Adults

People who want to stay active, train, and move without pain setting the limit.

Runners

Training through injury or finding the root of the problem that keeps coming back.

Combat Sports Athletes

BJJ, boxing, MMA — load tolerance, injury management, and return protocols.

Post-Surgical Patients

Structured recovery from surgery with a clear timeline and measurable milestones.

Desk Workers

Chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain that builds from long hours at a desk.

3 · What We Treat

From acute injury to chronic load.

See full breakdown →

Knee Pain

ACL, meniscus, runner's knee, post-op loading — assessed and progressively reloaded.

Shoulder Pain

Rotator cuff, impingement, instability — movement-based diagnosis and targeted treatment.

Back Pain

Lumbar, disc, sciatica — movement is the treatment, not prolonged rest.

Neck Pain

Cervical pain, tension, postural load — underlying contributors addressed, not just symptoms managed.

Sports Injuries

Sprains, strains, overuse, acute trauma — back to full function and training load.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Structured recovery after orthopaedic or sports surgery with clinical oversight at every stage.

5 · Why PhysioPro

Movement is medicine. Pain-free is where everyone else stops and where we start.

Movement

Full, unguarded range restored first. Everything built after this depends on it.

Strength

Load is medicine. Capacity is rebuilt with the same tools you already train with.

Performance

Symptom relief is the halfway point. We keep going until you return with confidence.

01

Assessment + treatment on day one

The first session includes clinical assessment and treatment. No intake-only visits. No sessions wasted on paperwork before the work starts.

02

Every session with Leonardo

No rotating staff. No handoffs to assistants. The same physiotherapist who assessed you loads you, progresses you, and clears you to return.

03

Performance as the finish line

Pain reduction is the start, not the destination. The goal is loading, training, and moving at a higher standard than before the injury.

04

A structured plan from session one

Not open-ended sessions. A clear progression from assessment to return-to-sport, with measurable milestones and objective criteria at every stage.

6 · Trust

One session. Full assessment, treatment, and a plan — not a consultation fee.

Founder-led care, every session.

Assessment and treatment on day one.

1:1 sessions. No rotating staff, no handoffs.

$750 MXN. No hidden consultation fees.

7 · Before You Book

The questions that matter before you book.

Does the first session include assessment and treatment?

Yes. The first session includes clinical assessment, initial treatment, and a clear next-step plan.

What if I've already been told to rest or stop training?

That may be part of a phase, but it should not automatically be the end of the process. The question here is when and how to return well.

Do you work with chronic pain, sports injuries, and post-op recovery?

Yes. The approach changes with the case, but the direction stays the same: function, capacity, and confidence.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your condition, history, and goal. After the first session, we give you an honest estimate.

How does the reservation deposit work?

Some appointment slots may require a deposit to confirm. The deposit is applied to your first session.

Do I need imaging — an X-ray or MRI — before booking?

No. Clinical examination is the primary diagnostic tool. If you have existing imaging, bring it — it helps. But it is not required and waiting for a scan before you start is rarely necessary. Assessment begins from what we find in person, not from a report.

I've tried physio before and it didn't last. Why would this be different?

The most common reason: treatment reduced the pain without rebuilding the capacity. When the load returned, the pain returned. Here, the goal is to restore what the tissue can tolerate — not just to make the pain quiet down temporarily. Assessment identifies the deficit. Treatment builds it back.

I'm crossing from the U.S. — does that work?

Yes. The clinic is minutes from the border. Sessions are conducted in English.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash and bank transfer (SPEI). Payment is confirmed at the time of booking or on the day of your session. Specific details are provided when your appointment is confirmed.
