Learn · Body & Joint Resources
Every region, one model.
PhysioPro organizes body-region resources around one progression: understand the condition, restore mobility, rebuild strength, rehab the tissue, and return to full activity — or sport. Each region gets built out into a complete hub on this model. Knee is the first one finished.
How each hub is built
Condition → mobility → strength → rehab → return to activity.
1. Understanding
What's actually going on — the condition explained in plain terms, and what clinical assessment looks for.
2. Mobility
Restoring range of motion where it's been lost — the first step before loading tissue back up.
3. Strength
Progressive loading to rebuild the capacity the joint or region needs to tolerate daily and athletic demand.
4. Rehab
Structured recovery for the specific injury or post-surgical situation, built around clinical criteria — not a fixed calendar.
5. Return to activity / sport
Criteria-based clearance back to full training, competition, or day-to-day life — tissue-ready, not just pain-free.
Complete hub
Start with Knee — the full model, built out.
Knee
The first body region built out to the full model — understanding knee pain, mobility work, strength progressions, injury-specific rehab, and return-to-sport criteria, all in one hub. This is the template every other region will follow.
Knee Mobility
Restoring range of motion after injury, surgery, or stiffness.
→ Knee · StrengthKnee Strength
Progressive loading to rebuild the capacity the knee needs.
→ Knee · Return to SportKnee Return to Sport
Criteria-based clearance back to training and competition.
→ Knee · Free Self-CheckKnee Readiness Check
An 8-question self-check — is your knee ready to return to sport?
→Complete hub
Shoulder — the second region built out to the full model.
Shoulder
Rotator cuff, impingement, instability, and frozen shoulder — mobility work, strength progressions, return-to-sport criteria for overhead and combat-sport athletes, and a free self-check, all in one hub.
Shoulder Mobility
Restoring rotation and range after frozen shoulder, injury, or surgery.
→ Shoulder · StrengthShoulder Strength
Rotator cuff and scapular strengthening to rebuild load tolerance.
→ Shoulder · Return to SportShoulder Return to Sport
Criteria-based clearance for overhead, throwing, and combat-sport athletes.
→ Shoulder · Free Self-CheckShoulder Readiness Check
An 8-question self-check — is your shoulder ready to return to sport?

Low Back — the third region built out to the full model.
Low Back
Disc, sciatica, facet, and SI joint presentations — mobility work that includes the hip, strength progressions built on chronic-pain classification evidence, and an honest, multidimensional approach to return-to-activity, all in one hub.
Low Back Mobility
Restoring spinal and hip range of motion where it's been guarded or lost.
→ Low Back · StrengthLow Back Strength
Core stabilization, motor control, and hip strengthening to break the recurrence cycle.
→ Low Back · Return to ActivityLow Back Return to Activity
An honest, multidimensional approach — with no invented test battery.
→Other regions
Condition pages today — full hubs coming.
These regions currently have a condition overview page. The full understanding → mobility → strength → rehab → return-to-activity hub — like Knee and Shoulder — is being built out for each of them.
Ankle & Foot
Ankle sprains, instability, and loading back to full weight-bearing activity.
→ Condition page · Full hub coming soonHip
Hip pain, impingement, and load-related dysfunction.
→ Condition page · Full hub coming soonNeck
Cervical pain, stiffness, and posture-related dysfunction.
→Coming soon, no page yet: Thoracic Spine, Elbow, Wrist & Hand. These regions will get their own hub as content is built out.
Looking for performance, not pain
