2. No Clinical Relationship.
Browsing this website, submitting a contact form, sending a message via WhatsApp, or receiving a general response from PhysioPro does not create a physiotherapist–patient relationship, a clinical duty of care, or any obligation of ongoing monitoring or follow-up.
A clinical relationship begins only when an in-person evaluation has been conducted and both parties have agreed to a treatment arrangement. Until that point, any communication through this website or WhatsApp is pre-consultation inquiry only.

3. Medical Emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to: chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, acute neurological symptoms, severe uncontrolled pain, post-surgical complications, or any condition that may require immediate medical attention — do not contact PhysioPro. Contact emergency services immediately.

PhysioPro is a physiotherapy clinic, not a medical emergency facility. It is not equipped or staffed for medical emergencies.
4. WhatsApp Limitations.
PhysioPro uses WhatsApp as a convenient contact and scheduling channel. The following limitations apply:
- WhatsApp is not monitored 24 hours a day. Response times vary. Messages submitted outside clinic hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM) will be reviewed the next business day.
- WhatsApp must not be used for medical emergencies. See Section 3 for emergency contacts.
- WhatsApp is a third-party platform operated by Meta Platforms. Any personal or health-related information sent via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to PhysioPro's privacy notice. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal or health information before a formal clinical intake has been completed.
- Responses via WhatsApp are general and pre-evaluation. No clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation is implied by a pre-consultation WhatsApp response.

Any outcomes described on this website — in case examples, educational content, or condition descriptions — represent individual clinical experiences and are not a guarantee or prediction of results for any other patient.
Clinical outcomes depend on many factors specific to each individual, including but not limited to: the nature, severity, and duration of the condition; the patient's adherence to the rehabilitation program; prior medical history; tissue condition and healing capacity; concurrent medical treatments; and the patient's functional goals.
Timeframe estimates (such as session counts or recovery timelines) are illustrative and based on population-level data. Individual timelines are determined through clinical assessment and reviewed as treatment progresses.

PhysioPro is operated by Leonardo Machado, a physiotherapist licensed to practice in Mexico. Credential details — including the issuing institution and professional license number — are disclosed on the About Leonardo page.
The professional license number (cédula profesional) and verified institutional credential details are [PENDING LEONARDO CONFIRMATION] and will be displayed on this site once confirmed. Only credentials that can be documented should be advertised, per RLGS Materia de Publicidad Article 19.
PhysioPro does not claim, imply, or represent any U.S. licensure, U.S. regulatory certification, or equivalence with any U.S. healthcare system standard. Services are provided in Mexico under Mexican law.
