PhysioPro collects the following categories of personal data through this website and associated communication channels:

- WhatsApp phone number, email address (where provided), and general location (city/region, as inferred by Google Analytics).
- Service inquiry data
- Type of service or condition of interest, as selected or described in contact forms.
- Health-related information (sensitive data)
- Information voluntarily submitted through the "Ask Leonardo" form or via WhatsApp may include descriptions of physical conditions, symptoms, injuries, surgical history, or treatment history. This category constitutes datos sensibles (sensitive personal data) under LFPDPPP Article 3(VI) and Article 8. Submission of health-related information requires express consent, which is requested at the point of submission.
- Navigation and analytics data
- Browsing behavior, page views, session duration, device type, and approximate location, collected automatically through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). See Section 7 for details.
Finalidades
3. Purposes of Processing.
Primary purposes (required for service):
- To respond to inquiries submitted via forms or WhatsApp.
- To schedule and coordinate clinical appointments.
- To triage whether PhysioPro is an appropriate clinical fit for the prospective patient's condition and goals.
- To communicate appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up information.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Secondary purposes (optional — consent may be withdrawn without affecting service):
- To analyze website traffic and user behavior for site improvement purposes (via Google Analytics 4).
- To send general clinical education or service information where the user has requested it.
Transferencias
4. Third-Party Transfers.
Personal data may be shared with or processed by the following third parties as part of normal service operations. These transfers occur because the platforms are used to deliver the service — not for commercial sale of your data.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
- When a user submits a contact form or clicks a WhatsApp link, their name and phone number are transferred to WhatsApp (a Meta company) to initiate communication. PhysioPro does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer personal data to any third party beyond the platforms listed above.

5. Sensitive Data and Health Information.
Health-related information voluntarily submitted through forms or WhatsApp constitutes datos personales sensibles under LFPDPPP Article 3(VI). This includes descriptions of physical conditions, injuries, symptoms, surgical history, or treatment history.
Pursuant to LFPDPPP Article 8, processing of sensitive personal data requires express, written consent. This consent is requested at the point of form submission through the consent checkbox. By checking the consent box and submitting information, you expressly consent to the processing of health-related information you choose to share for the purposes described in Section 3.
You are not required to provide health-related information to make an inquiry or book an appointment. Detailed clinical history is collected in person at the first session, not through this website.
Derechos ARCO
6. Your Privacy Rights (ARCO).
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (Derechos ARCO). You also have the right to revoke consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Tracking Technologies.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how visitors use the site.
Data collected may include: pages visited, time on site, approximate geographic location (city/region level), device type, browser type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and used for site improvement purposes only. It is not used to identify individual users for marketing purposes.
